1. Daily inspection and maintenance of machine tools

D. check the water level in the cold water machine is enough, if the shortage must be added in time.



E. checks the leakage of the circulating water circuit of the outer light road. It is necessary to deal with the leakage in time, otherwise it will affect the life of the optical lens.



F.After the  was cut every day, check the focus lens lenses for damage.



G. check whether the telescopic skin cavity of the outer light road is burned or damaged.



H. After daily work finished, clean the cutting waste in time, clean the work scene, keep the work site neat and clean. At the same time do cleaning work, to ensure that all parts are clean and dirty, the equipment can not put debris.



J. After the work is completed daily, the drain valve of the bottom reservoir of the air compressor is opened for drainage, and the discharge valve is closed after the waste water is discharged.



K. After daily work finished, turn off the machine according to the shutdown step and turn off the total power supply of the whole machine.



2. Weekly and unscheduled maintenance of machine tools





A. clean up the sundries at the exit of the pump regularly to ensure the effect of the air pumping.



B. regularly check the filter in the gas path and remove the water and sundries in the filter in time.



C. regularly checks whether the stroke switch bracket and the bump support screw are loose.

G. every week must check X axis guideway and lead screw, Y axis guideway and screw rod, Z axis guideway and screw lube oil filling condition, keep lubrication of all moving parts, extend the service life of X, Y, Z shaft guideway and lead screw.



H. looks at the environmental condition of the workshop periodically (at least once a month) to check the contamination of the mirror and the focusing mirror surface, and clean the optical lens in time, so as to ensure its service life.



3. Maintenance of optical lenses for external optical path of machine tools



A. optical lenses (mirrors, focus mirrors, etc.) surface, do not touch directly by hand, so it is easy to cause a mirror scratch. If there are oil stains or dust on the mirror, it will seriously affect the use of the lens, and the lens should be cleaned in time.



B. optical lenses are strictly forbidden to use water, detergent and other cleaning. The surface of the lens is coated with a special layer of film, which can damage the surface of the lens if used to clean the lens.



C. do not place the lens in a dark and humid place, which will make the lens surface aging.



D. lens surface is covered with dust, dirt or water vapor. It absorbs laser easily, resulting in lens coating damage. Light affects the quality of laser beam, and no laser beam occurs.



E. When the lens is damaged, we should contact the big family laser service department to repair it, and try not to use the damaged lens, otherwise it will accelerate the damage of the repairable lens.



F. does not use too much pressure when installing or replacing a reflector or focusing mirror, otherwise the lens will be deformed and the quality of the beam will be affected.



4. Methods of installing or replacing optical lenses



A. The installation of optical lens before you pay attention to: clean with soap or detergent, clean hands, and put on a clean white thin gloves; no contact lenses with any part of the hand; take glasses, wear gloves, and from the side to take the lens, do not directly touch the lens coating on the surface.



B. When is assembled, do not blow into the lens with the mouth; the lens should be placed smoothly on the clean table, with several lens sheets on the underneath. Should be careful to take the lens, to prevent bumps and falls, and coating the surface of the lens, do not exert any force; mirror mounting lens should be clean, clean up dust with air gun in the mirror seat and dirt, then, will remove the lens, gently into the mirror base. When the lens is installed to the mirror seat,

C. does not use too much power to prevent the lens from deforming, thus affecting the quality of the beam.



D. 5. Steps of cleaning lenses



Different lenses, the cleaning method is different. When the mirror is flat and without a lens holder, lens paper is used to clean it, such as cleaning reflector. When the mirror is a surface or a mirror with a mirror seat, it should be cleaned with cotton swabs, such as cleaning focus lens.



A. used the camera lens cleaning paper steps: blowing balloons blew the dust off the surface of the lens surface; with alcohol or clean the lens lens paper, lens paper drying do not use directly in the mirror on the drag, but should be shot paper flat on the surface of the lens, drop 2 to 3 drops of high purity alcohol or high purity acetone, the direction to the operator level lens paper out slowly, repeat the above action several times, until the mirror clean so far; if the mirror is dirty, the lens paper in half to 2 ~ 3 times, repeat the above steps until the mirror clean so far.

6. Daily maintenance of laser



The laser should be maintained before the start of the day.



1) inspection of gas and cutting gas for laser work: check the gas cylinder of the laser working gas



2) check the cooling water pressure between 3.5 and 5Bar.



3) check the temperature of the cooling water, and the temperature required by the selected laser is better.



4) check the height of the oil surface in the vacuum pump of the laser. If it is not enough, it needs to be added.



5) check the leakage of the laser oil road, water road and gas path, and the leakage of the vacuum pump, the pneumatic components of the resonant cavity and the pipe joint.



7, the weekly maintenance of the laser



1) check whether the gas mixing unit of the laser has oil and water, if it is clear in time.



To check the laser gas drying filter, if the 1/4 color becomes red or white, it needs to be replaced, and its normal color is blue.



2) check the height of the oil surface of the vacuum pump and the pump. If it is not enough, it needs to be added.



3) check whether there is any impurity in the filter of the cold water machine.



4) check whether there is any impurity in the cooling water loop of the laser.



5) check the water level of condensate in the compressed air separator (in the gas source unit). Check the oil level of the vacuum pump (under the gas source unit). When the pump is in the cold state, the oil surface should be between the middle line of the oil window +5mm - 0mm, and refuel when needed.



Check the roots pump oil level



The oil level in roots pump gearbox can be seen through the oil window at the end of the gear box. When the pump is turned off and is in a cold state, the oil level should be between +5mm 0mm of the middle line of the glass, and HTCL2100 oil will be added if necessary.

8. Every half year of the laser maintenance (or after 2000 hours)



1) check whether there is corrosion in the cooling water line of the laser head, and if there is a timely treatment or replacement of the pipeline.



2) check whether the fuel tank of the power supply is leaking.



3) check whether the high pressure cable is damaged.



4) check and clean up the laser resonator and all the lenses, including the front window mirror, the tail mirror, the reflector, and so on.



5) after the internal lens of the laser is cleaned up, the laser light out mode should be readjusted until the correct mode is reached.



6) replace the vacuum pump oil.



7) replace the roots pump oil.



8) carefully tighten all screw to ensure the tightness of roots pump.



9) in a white plastic roots pump outlet plug row end gas shunt, cleaning the plug, and coated with grease in the. This grease is the physical adsorption of impurities in the gas flow laser capture. (only use silicon free high vacuum fat, coating is very thin).



9. Maintenance and maintenance of cold water chiller



The water chiller should be maintained regularly to ensure that the machine is in good condition.



In the condition of working, if a fault is encountered, the professional and technical personnel should be requested to carry out maintenance, and the machine should not be dismantled by itself.



The following aspects should be paid attention to in the daily maintenance of the chiller:



1) cleaning fins regularly, cleaning method is: using the brush to the heat sink carefully brushed, then use compressed air to blow, when necessary water against the air conditioner fin cleaning agent cleaning and flushing (common name Diecheng).



2) regularly dust the condenser (the same method).



3) the water level in the water tank of the chiller is checked regularly. If the water level is too low, the pure water or deionized water should be added in time.



4) check the wiring terminal of the electric appliance regularly and remove the dust (after the power is cut off).



5) regularly check whether the joint in the water system is leaking, whether the pipeline is aging, and if there is leakage, the related elements should be replaced in time.



6) check the water quality of the chiller water tank regularly. If the cooling water quality is deteriorated, turbidity and transparency decrease, all the deteriorated cooling water should be released and new cooling water will be replaced in time.



7) clean up the impurities on the filter core regularly. If the filter core is damaged, it should be replaced in time. The replacement filter core must adopt the standard filter core required by the manufacturer.



10. Maintenance and maintenance of air compressor



1) the compressed air in the air compressor must be closed before all maintenance operations.



2) the daily drainage of 3~8 times (air humidity), after work to exhaust gas tank in the air and water;



3) clean the air filter every half month (shorten the cleaning cycle of the working environment).



4) the filter cartridge should be replaced every 1200 hours, all parts should be checked and cleaned, and valve pieces should be replaced when necessary.



5) the oil free air compressor needs to add a lubricating grease to the crankshaft bearing at the head of the compressor for 1000 hours per operation.



6) clean the air filter every half month (shorten the cleaning cycle of the working environment).

11. Maintenance and maintenance of cold drying machine



1) the daily drainage of 3~8 times (air humidity), after work to exhaust the air and water in the machine;



2) clean the filter core of air filter once a month.



3) once a month on the condenser fin to carry out a dust removal, cleaning work; 4) every half a year to replace the air filter filter.



12. Maintenance and maintenance of stable voltage power supply



1) after a month, the new power supply should be cut off from the main power supply to all the connection terminals in the regulator, especially the main circuit.



2) check the elasticity of a sliding carbon brush every three months and use dry compressed air to blow up the carbon powder and dust attached to the internal components of the pressurizer.
